Everything included in the rent, There is everything in the flat and anything that’s shareable is yours to use, kitchen has all the utensils and you are welcome to cook as much as you like, although I am probably gonna get a portable electric stove, gas is way to expensive!!, there is fridge, crockpot and juicer if you like.
You are welcome to use the tv in the lounge or PlayStation but you will have to get your own controller for ps or maybe i will let you use mine if im comfy, but definitely make your own account.

Bills and expenses

NBN is 85$, for that I’m charging 10$ a week in rent, electricity bill comes up to 300-400 a quarter right now with 2 people, if you rather pay quarterly that’s fine with me and honestly will be cheaper for you in that case, rent including nbn but excluding electricity will be 245, otherwise 270 a week.
