Peaceful and spacious home with a pool. Each room can be provided with or without a bed and desk. All have large inbuilt wardrobes.

There is also a room with a very large, private balcony, and another room with a walk-in wardrobe - enquire if interested.

- 5 minute walk to Blacktown Hospital
- 10 minute walk to TAFE NSW, Blacktown
- 10-15 minutes by public transport (or a short bike ride) to Blacktown Station, Westpoint (shopping), and Australian Catholic University (Blacktown Campus)
- There's a bus stop almost directly in front of the house.
- There's a direct bus to Macquarie University 6 minutes walk form here

$25 per person for all bills. This includes wifi (mesh wifi - designed to cover all areas of the home with good speed), electricity, water and gas. It also includes a weekly cleaner, and shared items such as toilet paper and hand soap.
