Double bedroom available OVER NEW YEAR to single person for 6 days in Bondi from 30th Dec to January 5th. Bills included. Minimum stay 3 nights.
The apartment boasts incredible views over Bondi and the ocean. Sunrise can be seen from the balcony and the bedroom up for rent (please see pictures - every sunrise/sunset looks so different! I uploaded a few but as you can imagine, my camera roll is full of them! 😂). It’s a large apartment which is shared with one Canadian girl. We are a quiet apartment and are looking for someone respectful and quiet to fill the room for the time available. Ideally would be suitable for someone who is looking to explore the area and looking for quiet time in the evening.
The room has built in wardrobes and has its own bathroom attached. It has its own small hallway with a door that closes off the room and bathroom, separating it from the living room/dining area. The bathroom has a bath and a shower.
This is a peaceful apartment and we take care of it so please ask that you also do the same :)

Our apartment is close to Bondi Road (400m to Woolworths metro) and other cafes and shops. We are a 10 minute walk from Hall Street and under 15minute walk to the beach (Bondi) and 20 minute walk to Bronte beach.
Public transport (buses) is within east reach on Bondi Road and Old South Head Road. Bondi Junction train station is a 20 minute walk from the apartment or a short bus ride.

Your flatmate for the duration is a lovely, quiet, considerate and respectful girl from Canada. She is a Nutritionist and Pilates Instructor and spends time both in the apartment and out at dinner with friends or at the beach relaxing. She is very approachable if you need anything.
