Description of the home
I've been lucky enough to call this apartment my home for the last three years, after falling in love with it the first minute I walked in. If natural light and good views are what you look for, then look no further. The flat's on the top level of the building, which means both bedrooms and the living room have amazing views. It gets the sun from dawn until dusk, so you can wake up and watch the sunrise from bed, or sit out on the big wrap around balcony to soak in the sunsets.
The flat's just off Bondi Road. It's a great location - super easy to get down to the beach or up to the Junction. The building also has a communal pool and sauna if you're into cold plunges! There's a Woolies metro about a 4-minute walk away, and the 333 bus into the city stops right at the end of our road.

Weeks for me tend to be pretty chilled: exercise (runs, swims, surfs, the gym), dinners with friends (bonus points if you’re partial to a trivia night), and evenings on the sofa. Weekends are all about soaking up the Sydney life, whether that be pottering around the nearby beaches, or heading out on trips down the coast.
I'm pretty into photography, a recent baker (thanks COVID), and generally someone who likes the things people in their early thirties like: a good podcast, a healthy balance of exercise and brunch, a Sunday boardgame session, and sunny BBQs.
Don't get me wrong, letting loose every now and then is great (and I plan on it too!). But ideally I'm looking for someone who can respect each other's space as much as enjoying each other's company, and wants to keep the place feeling cosy (and clean) with me - like the maturing young adults we're pretending to be.
