The apartment is located in a strategic location, near Woolworths, grocery shops, restaurants, cafes, park and beaches. (Bondi, Tamarama and Bronte at walking distance).
10 minutes to Bondi junction and train station by bus. Buses runs 24/7!. Also, easy access to UNSW by bus.
You are free to rearrange your room, you can bring your own bed if desired. You can fit a queen or double bed.

The apartment is old style, cozy and has a chill vibe, perfect to relax after a busy day.

You’ll be sharing with another female, Janet, who’s easy going and friendly, and my 11 yo son who is well-mannered and polite. (weekdays he is at school and weekends in and out). I work from home on Fridays so far, and next year I will be working from home Mond to Wed during the mornings, and Fridays either morning or afternoon, so Preferable if you don't work from home.

In house laundry facilities, cloth dryer outside.

I am originated from South America, Colombia, but Australia has been home for decades.

My son, Oliver is 11 yo. He is Ozzy, loves the ocean and playing soccer. His very chill and conservative. He goes to school Mond to Frid, and during the weekends he is in and out.
