The flat has 3 bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite. The room you’ll be renting has a bathroom shared with one other person. The kitchen and living rooms are spacious - see incredible photos. The building itself is art deco with a rustic feel. The flat is 10 mins walk from Bondi beach and 10 mins walk to the train station at Bondi Junction.
We are after someone who can stay long-term, is late 20s early 30s and an all round good egg. Sadly no couples or pets.
There is a bond (1 month rent payable when you agree to move in.) Bills are about $35pm each.
