Description of the home
SHORT TERM LET
Renting out my room while I go back to Europe for a few weeks. Room will definitely be available from 27th July - 31st August. It may also be available a couple of weeks earlier, but I haven’t got that confirmed yet!
Best thing about our home is the location - it’s pretty quiet but you’re a couple of mins away from the beach and restaurants etc.
You’ll be sharing with two other housemates - Sinead, who’s 35, a social worker and from Ireland (as the name suggests). And Naoise, 31, also Irish ans works in the city in HR. Sinead is in the office everyday and Naoise is in the office 3 days a week, home for 2.
We’re all good friends and keep the place fairly homely and nice and tidy.
The bedroom has space for a queen sized bed, a small desk (hard to fit a monitor on) and a built in wardrobe. The shared bathroom has two sinks, a bath and a really good shower. There’s also a balcony which is lovely for sunset and has a high table and a day bed.
