Enjoy my beachside paradise! I’m off to visit family, so I’m subletting my room in our amazing Bondi Beach pad. I love this flat - honestly, I think this has just about the BEST possible location and view - it's right above Icebergs and overlooking the entirety of Bondi Beach.

It's a 2 bed, 1 bath with a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, and comfy daybed overlooking the beach. It also has plenty of space for surf board, bike, etc. It also has a shared front garden area overlooking the beach where we usually enjoy our morning coffee (and when we're lucky see dolphins or whales). And, when the weather is nice we use this space for BBQs.

I’m subletting my room from May to at least late July (but option to extend to late Aug). Available 16 May. The room is large and includes queen sized bed (and linens if you need them). It has hanging racks and drawer space for clothes and storage space for suitcases, boxes, etc.

It's less than 5 minutes walk to the bars, restaurants, and shops of Bondi Beach. And the bus stop for the 333 is meters from the back door of the apartment building.

You’d be sharing with my flatmate Nik (male, mid thirties). He’s very easy going and works full time. Hope you enjoy this place as much as we do!
