Spacious bedroom available in a 2bed apartment in the heart of Bondi Beach. Move in at the beginning of december. Rent $450/week, bills excluded. Looking for somebody long-term.

The house is located in the heart of Bondi Beach (Curlewis street). Right next to cafes, restaurants, shops. 5 min walk to the beach and woolies, bus 379 (to Bondi Junction) is just accross the road. Despite this prime location there is no street noise so you will sleep peacefully.

The apartment has a big kitchen and spacious living room with a huge couch, many cushions and blankets to relax. The place is very cozy, I furnished it all in a boho balinese style. It is a very warm and peaceful place full of candles, insenses and (not just spiritual) books. I am not very good at keeping plants alive 🙈 it is a bonus if you are. :))
The house has a backyard where you can grow your herbs and hang your clothes.

There is everything you need in the room. A queen bed, a big wardrobe, drawers, desk, office chair...

You will be sharing the apartment with myself. I am from the Czech Republic, in my thirties, working in hospitality. In my spare time I like to go to sauna, do yoga, read, meditate. I am very into self-development, healthy food and quiet nights. But I love music and go see live music sometimes. My party time is over tho. :)) and as you can tell, this is not a party place. :)
