Hi there, I am looking for one flatmate for my amazing apartment in Bondi Beach in a priviliged position on Roscoe st, ideal for the summer!
This apartment is big and has a huge balcony with ocean and district view, 500 metres from the beach and presents the ultimate in cosmopolitan coastal living.

The room is $535 per week for one person plus bills. Minimum stay 3 months. No couples, please.
Available from the 30th of January

- Prime position on the top floor of a quiet security block
- Fully equipped apartment with smart '55 tv, fully furnished and plants
- Your room is unfurnished, but there’s built-in wardrobe, mirror & blinds
- High ceilings and spacious combined living/dining, modern kitchen
- Handy internal washing machine, A/V intercom security system
- Covered car park might become available in February

The apartment is just a scroll from Bondi beach. Tucked into a quiet street you can enjoy a relaxing stay while surrounded by most popular restaurants, cafes and nightlife. Transport to the city and Bondi Junction is 1 min walking distance. Looking for a tidy, easy going and respecful person. Preferably female. You wil share the apartment only with one professional girl, mid 30s who loves travelling, yoga and chill. No party house but I enjoy a glass of wine and cook dinner together. Inspections will start after the 16th of January as I’m currently overseas visiting family
