I’m subletting my room while I'm away for work.

Roommate:
You will be sharing the apartment with my roommate, a 28-year-old gay male originally from New Zealand. He enjoys the gym, beach, and brunch with friends. He’s friendly and loves a chat but also respects personal space and privacy. Looking for someone who is clean, respectful, LGBT-friendly, and social!

Rent:
$525 per week, including bills
Rent is paid fortnightly in advance
Bond: $2000

Requirements:
Minimum stay of 4 weeks
No room sharing with friends

Availability:
From Monday, November 4th to Sunday, January 19th, 2025
Note: No full-time work from home

Parking:
Street parking is available, but you will need to pay and organise a permit with the council.

Additional Info:
I will provide brand new sheets, quilt cover, quilt, and pillows for your stay.
