Beautiful home, 2mins walk from Bondi Beach. Looking for a new housemate to share my home with for summer. Minimum 3 months to start and open to longer. No Smokers, No pets. Open to couples if its the right fit. Enjoy having a housemate thats naturally clean and tidy - community vibes, sharing washing detergents and house bits is not a problem <3 Independent but also not anti-social and happy to share a wine or a cook a dinner together every now and again etc. Im into my health and wellness and good vibes - and would love someone on the same wave.
2 rooms in the house - smaller one is $550 p/w and larger is $700 p/w - open to discussion if you prefer a certain room (genuinely both rooms
