Hi,
I have just signed the lease of this modern, bright and beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in South Bondi, and looking for someone, who doesn’t work from home, to move into the second bedroom.
These are the photos from the agency. I will furnish the flat entirely, including your room, and the last photo is of my current living room so you can see my interior design taste.
It will be beautiful, with everything that you need, including my amazing projector for great movie nights.
The flat is located at the end of Francis street, in a quiet and leafy cul de sac.
It is on the top floor, with a beautiful terrace that benefits from sun light most of the day.
We are just outside of all the Bondi attractions, an 8 min walk from all the hall st shops and a 15 min from the beach, so perfect location.
I have been living on this street for 9 years, in 2 other places, and it is my favourite in Bondi.
My home is my sanctuary, not a social place. I keep socializing for outside.

I am Agathe, I am French/ Australian, I freelance in TV production but I am currently taking some time off, and I have been living in Sydney for 11 years.
I live a very active and quiet lifestyle.
During the week I go to the gym or for a surf, job hunt/ work from home, go for beach walks, and like reading or watching a movie at home before going to bed around 9:30pm.
On the weekends I am always out and about. Surfing, enjoying the beach, dancing with my friends, or going away on van trips or to festivals.
I am super neat and quiet when at home, almost OCD level, and my house is always spotless.
Someone who wants to move into a cozy home, and who is not working from home as I will be.
