I have a fully furnished sun drenched private room available in a fully furnished flat located in Bondi Beach. I am looking for a female (preferably vegetarian/vegan but it’s not essential) to move in. The flat is located in Bondi Beach. It's only a 5 minute walk to the beach, cafes, shops and everything Bondi has to offer. There is a bus stop across the street to get you to Bondi Junction (and the train station), CBD and beyond.

Fast and reliable NBN internet connection.

I also take care of the “household stuff” - toilet paper, washing detergent etc…

Sorry, no pets (I’m allergic), no party animals, no kids and no couples.

The room is best suited for someone with no furniture, just bring your suitcase or backpack and move in! 😊
