We have a fantastic room available in our shared home, just 1.5 blocks (less than a 2-minute walk) from the beautiful Bondi Beach! Here's what we're looking for: someone who’s an early riser, active, a dog lover, a non-smoker, and a working professional aged 30+.

About us: We’re a laid-back Aussie (from WA) and a Canadian who love an occasional wine or dinner together but never bring the party home. Both of us work full-time and spend much of our free time outdoors, staying active.

Our home features:

- A home office with desk space if you need it
- A backyard with fitness gear
- A separate living area and kitchen (so we’re never in each other’s way)
- A dishwasher, laundry machine, and dryer

About occupants
I’ve called Bondi home for 12 years, and I absolutely love it. Our three-bedroom house is shared by two working professionals who treat each other like family and enjoy a calm, welcoming environment—definitely not a party house. We’re both early risers who work hard, stay active, and appreciate coming home to a peaceful space. Occasionally, we’ll share a wine, have evening chats, or enjoy a weekend brunch together.

Oh, and we have a very large (and very lovable) house dog—so dog lovers are more than welcome!

Kim – A Canadian working full-time/remote for a tech consultancy near the CBD. I also have a few side projects and spend a lot of time training outdoors.

Rowan – An Aussie working full-time as a sustainability consultant. I’m usually up early and enjoy keeping active too.

We’re both big fans of the outdoors and value a balanced, laid-back lifestyle.
