Hi, Dan here :)
Available for you is a bright and quiet single room on the top floor of a small 4 Unit House minutes from Bondi Beach.
It is fully furnished with a queen size bed, bedside table and office desk with chair. Bills (Internet, Gas, Electricity) are split evenly when they arrive.
We have everything you need. Air Fryer, blender, toaster, plates etc. Also heaps of storage inside and outside the unit.
We have our own washing machine and dryer in the Laundry downstairs.
We are a quiet and small household. We don’t party and usually don’t have people staying over.
Instead we love to be up early to go for a long run or enjoy the sunrise on the weekends.
