Fully furnished house with everything you could possibly need. Looking to fill my room while away from the 19th Dec - 2nd Jan. The rent is $400/week including bills, for single only.

Live in a rainforest in the heart of Bronte moments to the beach. Everything at your doorstep (Coffee shop, Woolies 5min walk, 360 bus stop to Bondi Junction down the road) and yet you feel like you are wrapped in nature where all you can hear are the birds.

What I love about this house

1) Huge back courtyard covered in plants and a beautiful tree.
2) Upstairs wrap around balcony that connects the 3 bedrooms
3) 2 bathrooms plus a toilet downstairs. You share the main bathroom with one other.
4) Separate dine-in kitchen with a stand up barstool centre table so you can chat over your fave cup of tea
5) A dishwasher... seriously game changer
6) Enormous living room that opens out to the rainforest courtyard
7) The best tree you've ever seen. it's like being in Avatar
8) Thick concrete walls for soundproofing and privacy
9) Heater in the living room
10) Living is downstairs and the rooms are upstairs so you never have to tiptoe around which is amazing in a share house.
12) Completely separate large laundry.
13) Fully furnished with beautiful styled furniture, plants and decor.
