Great house with high ceilings and all the commodities. On a quiet leafy street, five minutes from Westfield, and the train station. Nearest gym 30 seconds away.
House is always clean and in order. Cleaning roster every 2 weeks per person. It is great to come back home to a clean safe home. Full equipped kitchen and laundry. Tall fridge to share with one other person. Cupboard and pantry space.
Great back yard with BBQ and also washing line. Room to park a small car or a bike (we have 2 scooters). Also free parking no P limits outside. Shed space to store surf boards, camping equipment or such. We eat and dinner outside the kitchen most of the time.
The house has a very good vibe and it is home to us. Great afternoon light.

To live with two friendly housemates:
Sara, female 28 years old, physiotherapist, massage thearpist and PT. Sometimes works from home. And me Nuria, 54 going 35. Also Massage Therapist work from home 1/2 week too. Into Scuba diving, travelling and lately gardening.
We are both pretty outgoing and with no dramas. Gym and beach goers goers. Into trying to keep healthy and grateful for the live we live. We love your home!! and we take proud in keeping it clean and with that restful and homey vibe, that you love to come back to.
