The house has three bedrooms and really is a lovely Cottage Home in Bondi area.
One fully furnished bedroom is available from 7th December 2024.
You will be sharing with two professional guys in early to mid-30's (including myself) - I am a Sydneysider and other housemate is from the U.K.
A bit about me: I am a mid-thirty's professional guy living and working in Sydney. I have lived in Sydney for majority of my life but have also enjoyed living and working in London for some time (well, it was over a decade ago!).
The house would fit well for someone similar, quiet, easy going, likeminded - who would appreciate the house sharing, are clean, respectful and fun (even better - if funny).
The main thing expected is to treat the house with respect as it is my home.
