About the flatmates

2 of our housemates have purchased a place and have moved out.

Looking for easy going 25yo + male or female to share our large modern 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom town house.

Rooms have air con, fast speed internet, and tv connections.

Washing machine and dryer.

Housemates are aged 28 -54 and are very laid back and easy going. We all work full time and are quite active at the weekends.

Whilst it’s not a party house you are more than welcome to have friends over for drinks / bbq’s and use all the facilities.

We are renting this property and will have no rent increase until April next.
