This amazing pool house is a stones throw from the amazing Bronte beach, the back garden faces north so the pool gets the sun all day, theres a large entertaining area near the pool and an outdoor laundry with loo so no dripping water through the house when you get out of the pool to go (and you will be getting out of the pool to go hahaha).

8 seat dining room table and a bar from it which is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is separate too and has a dishwasher, microwave and an electric cooker. Kettle, toaster and coffee machine for addicts like me. All pots and pans that you would need.

Smart TV with Foxtel, Stan and Netflix. NBN.

There is a loft study/spare room also, should you have visitors that wish to stay over.

There is a garage which I will use but off road parking in front of it if you have a car

Hi, I am Karen, I am 39 and work as a National Account Manager for a tech company, I travel a bit with work. I'm a Brit/Aussie Citizen, have lived in Spain, Egypt and Greece also, so have lived with lots of different types of people over the years, I love a social house with a respect for privacy balance.

I have a beautiful social cat called Marvin and a kitten Missy, they love to be loved so you must like animals.

When I am home, I will probably be in the pool after a long day with a glass of wine, then a generally chill in front of the TV, happy to share a dinner/glass of wine and/or TV show with you! I will have friends over for BBQs and to hang out by the pool at weekends if I am around, you are welcome to too. Really looking for someone who wants to live in a home.

Respectful of space but happy to share space, clean & tidy. The rest I am open to. Missy & Marvin aren't so respectful of space!

Open to a couple for the right couple but the rent per week would increase and bills would be split 3 ways.
Description of pets
Marvin is a beautiful male cat who I rescued, friendly, indoor and outdoors cat. Missy is 6 months old and a rescue too, loads of fun, will keep you entertained!
