Hello there!
I have a bright room available on April 30 in Cammeray. You will be about 6 mins away from the City. The flat is full of light and with great views of the spectacular Tunks parks which provides a very nice atmosphere to the whole property.
You will have easy access to all the great cafes, restaurants, main shops, parks, libraries of the area within walking distance or a quick drive. Cammeray is located next to North Sydney, also close to Crows Nest, Neutral Bay and Northbridge. There is great access to buses with a bus stop about 5 mins away. The room is furnished with a comfortable double size bed, bed side tables chest of drawers and an extra table. Looking for a friendly, reliable, respectful, clean and tidy person. $300 includes all bills with unlimited internet access.
