Hello there,

I have one room available in the beautiful leafy Cammeray. We are located about 10 mins walk from the shops in Cammeray and about 7 mins to the QVB via the freeway. The flat is full of light and with great views of Tunks park which provides a very nice atmosphere.

You will find great cafes and restaurants at the shops in Cammeray of the main international gastronomy, Japanese, Mexican, Fusion, Vietnamese. as well as supermarkets. Further, you will be near the suburbs of North Sydney, Crows Nest, Neutral Bay and all its restaurants, shops, cafes.

The room is furnished as per photos. I am looking for a friendly, reliable, respectful, clean and tidy person. The room is available around the 29th Sept, $285 per week with all bills included plus unlimited Internet access.
