Apartment is split level - bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry are upstairs.
You'll be sharing the apartment with Terence who works long hours (generally out of the house from 07:30-19:00).
10 minute walk to King Street, 4 minute walk to Parramatta Road buses, 5 minute walk to Sydney Uni/RPA. Building has two cafes on the bottom level, a QE Food Store, and the Alfred Hotel is a 1 minute walk. 22 minute walk to Broadway shopping centre. A street parking permit is available via City of Sydney application.
Long term tenant preferred but short term applicants will also be considered.
