This old school 70s cosy 3-bed house comes with 2 bathrooms, massive TWOx built-ins in each room (YES, TWO!) fully furnished and with amp of storage, heaps of plants, a washing machine, dryer, fridge, vitamix, air fryer and all cooking gear included. Air conditioning in the shared living room area. The house comes with a lovely backyard, we love plants, so plenty of greenery around and there is a beautiful jacaranda in bloom at the moment, plus frangipani coming into blooming season very soon with pink flowers!

We are in an amazing location: a quiet street around the corner from Camperdown Park and its lovely cafes or a couple of minutes from Camperdown Memorial Park. The house is just a stone's throw from King Street and all the best shops and restaurants Newtown has to offer. We are around the corner from the University of Sydney hub and RPA hospital - ideal for a medical professional or a student.

We love our peaceful and homely place where we enjoy our shared spaces together and respect each other's privacy but we also like to grab a dinner sometimes, enjoy hanging out when we are free and have a chat about the world we live in. We want to keep the house enjoyable and clean.

We love our place to be homely and peaceful as it is our sanctuary where we relax after work. We are clean and respectful and want our home to be kept that way. It’s not a party house, I'm proud of my home and looking for someone who appreciates this.
