Description of the home

The house itself stays cool during the summer months, with the backyard being a great place to stretch on a sunny day (looking greener at the moment than in the pictures, which are a bit older).

Locations:
The house is a short walk to Newtown station (10 min) and conveniently located a block away from both Camperdown Memorial and Camperdown Oval.

We all have different schedules and stay busy outside of home but like to come back to well looked after spaces and good conversations. Basically run at your own responsibility in terms of cleaning and general tidiness, everyone is encouraged to put some tlc into the place but you won't get sour looks for leaving a spoon in the sink.

Julia - from nz, pretty chatty and chill. loves going to the park at the end of the street for sunset wines. Works full time at a natural medicine college Wfh 2 days. Weekends usually out of the house. Encourages music playing and a social house vibe but also respects and relaxes too.
Joe -from Mexico, works in hospitality as a chef so usually out of the house. Likes to hike, read and swim at the beach.
