🛁 Private Room & Bathroom: You’ll have your own private bathroom and a bedroom (semi-furnished – bring your bed frame and mattress). It's a 2 bed, 2 bath place!
- The room has a desk, chair and an extra clothes hanger. There is no bed but you can easily order online that suits you.

🧺 Fully Equipped Home: Includes built-in wardrobes, washing machine, dryer, air conditioner (in the lounge room), and all kitchen essentials (gas top, fridge, oven, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, toaster, plates, bowls, and cutlery).

🛋️ Furnished Common Areas: Couch, dining table & chairs, and vacuum cleaner provided.

🚗 Private Reserved Car Park: Private basement parking spot is reserved for the unit, and since I don’t drive, the car park is all yours!
