I am looking for somebody to take over the lease of this great house. The rooms have furniture, queen-sized beds, a single bed and all with good mattresses. The house has a nice backyard, an outdoor resting area, and a daybed. Off-street parking is reached by foot for a third car in less than one minute. 2-minute walk to Canterbury Train Station and Bus stop, and You'll be close to various life-hubs. (Canterbury Plaza 3 min. It has a pharmacy, hairdresser, Woolworths, dentist, shoe repairer, Kebab shop, 4 Caffe shops, ALDI, Bottle shop, post office, burger shop, and Pub with pool tables, all within 1 to 3 minutes walking distance.
The undercover patio in the backyard has a ready-to-go gas grill / BBQ and a Day bed to chill out on. It also has NBN Cable, ready for your Internet.
It is worth mentioning that you'd have plenty of private space due to the outlay of the house.
