Room 4 (downstairs): $450
- Currently empty, but will be available early next year (still some minor renovations to do)

- Off-street car space
- Shared bathroom with room 3

Living spaces:
- One living room is upstairs off the kitchen. It opens onto a balcony overlooking the backyard
- One is downstairs which opens onto a patio and a large sun-filled backyard
- Two storage spaces downstairs
- Shared kitchen and laundry
- Shared yard

The area:
- 10 minute walk to the train station (40 minute express train to the city during peak hour)
- Walking distance to pubs, cafes and restaurants
- 5 minute walk to the gym and the local leisure centre
- 5 minute train ride/drive to the beach and local Westfield
- 20 minute drive to the Royal National Park
