Location: The house is spacious and modern, a two minute walk from Oxford Street and Centennial Park - amazing location. Two minute walk to the 333 bus route so easy access to Bondi Junction and Bondi Beach one way and Surry Hills and the CBD the other way.
Rent: $550 per week excluding bills. Rent is paid fortnightly and bills are monthly. Bond will need to be paid as well ($1,622).

The house is a 3 storey townhouse near centennial park. 2 mins walk from Oxford street, amazing location. Bus stop to Bondi junction / beach is just outside. Surry hills just a 5 min bus or 20 min walk away.
Room is available now. Unfurnished. The rest of the house is kitted out including all kitchenware so you don’t need to bring anything unless you want to. Wardrobes and en suite also come with chest of drawers which is super handy!
