I have a lovely room which i am renting while i am go away.
The room comes furnished with it's own large ensuite which has a separate shower and bath tub. The bedroom has private access to a large balcony from large glass sliding doors.
It's a new building which is modern and sits at the end of a cul de sac so no through traffic.
I have all the mod cons with a new fridge and washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Also gas cooking for those who like to cook.
You will be sharing with a lovely girl from Japan who spends most of her time working or studying. You will hardly see her.
She has her own bathroom so no need to share.
Your room is fairly large in size, with a queen bed, side drawers and a very large built in cupboard.
The room has large glass doors which go out onto the very large sunny balcony.
The place is a beautiful peaceful sanctuary to call home.
We don't have a TV
The furniture is as pictured.
The apartment is 600m to Chatswood Station interchange with the Metro, trains, buses, lots of shops and all services. With the new Metro you can now be in the city in 12min!
I'd like to find someone to keep the clean place and is respectful of each other's space.
Can be a bit flexible with move in date.
