The bedroom has polished wooden floors and a window overlooking the neighbourhood. The room gets a lot of sunlight. The house is fully furnished, the room has a double bed, but will need drawers/cupboard for clothes. The room can be hot in summer.

This Chippendale townhouse is in a beautiful location. It is are a 3min walk from Central Park shopping centre, palace cinemas etc. We are close to many cafes and Spice Alley. There are buses an 8 min walk away outside UTS, and Central Station is 12mins walk away. Redfern station is similar, around 12 minute walk.
I have a cat named Sammy, he's friendly, fun and cuddly!

The house isn't particularly social, so someone quiet, ideally. I usually go to bed pretty early (9-10pm), just because the house is quite small it's easier if we are both on a similar kind of schedule, doesn't have to be exactly the same, but if you're a 2am sleeper, it might not work so well..
Description of pets
Sammy is a friendly, fun and cuddly little brown and black cat, he's about 8 years old. He generally hangs out inside if someone is home, and goes outside during the daytime when he feels like it. He's always in at nighttime. Sometimes he meows at nighttime, so if you're a light sleeper that might not be ideal for you :/
