Hi, I'm Joel. I'm 29 and I'm career-focused and self-employed in the administration side of the entertainment/music industry. I usually work Mon-Fri from our office in Surry Hills, and usually try and hit the gym/exercise regularly through the week and keep things pretty chill at home during the week. I'm not much of a cook, so will usually meal-prep my weeks meals ahead of time, but definitely not opposed to doing dinner together here and there. The weekend I'll often have music gigs/festivals to attend and keep a pretty active social life, so if you ever want to tag along to some shows I don't usually mind hooking up a +1. Bit of a RPDR tragic, so wouldn't hurt if you are too, but not a deal breaker if it's not your thing lol.

Ideally looking for someone who also values a chill home during the week, and whilst I'm pretty independent I do think it's nice to be able to come home and have a friendly chat/hang with your housemate, or find some mutually appealing Netflix vibes. Like to keep a tidy place but not going to hound you about it - just clean up after yourself, and we can either split regular chores or hire a cleaner, I'm pretty flexible. Bonus points if you also work in some form of arts/entertainment/hospo, but not essential at all.
