The House
She’s old—like over 100 years old—but she’s still standing strong and full of charm. Here’s what you’re getting:
• 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 toilet (yes, we share, but we’re civilized).
• A kitchen that’s every foodie’s dream: air fryer, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, pressure cooker, rice cooker, 2 refrigerators (one huge and one medium sized) and a mini fridge. and all the basics you’ll need to whip up anything from a late-night snack to a feast.
• A cozy living room with two comfy sofas, a TV, and a coffee table—a perfect spot for movie nights or just lounging around.
• A bathroom with a shower and a bathtub (for when you need that extra relaxation).
The Room
It’s the biggest room in the house—think king vibes!
• Comes with a queen-size bed, a small desk, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe (not fancy, but it gets the job done).
• Tons of extra space to add your own touch—make it your little palace.
• Oh, and did we mention the private balcony overlooking the street? Morning coffee with a view? Yes, please!
The Housemates
We’re a fun mix—2 Brazilians and 1 Turk, all in our early 30s. We’re organized, clean, and love making the house feel like a home. Whether it’s movie nights, long chats, or just chilling with a drink, we’re here for good vibes. But hey, we also respect personal space—no pressure to socialize if you’re not feeling it.
We’re looking for someone who’s not just after a bed but wants a home—someone who’s keen to share laughs, stories, and maybe a plate of food (we’re not saying no to your grandma’s secret recipe).
The Costs
• Rent: AUD $380 per week, paid fortnightly (every second Friday).
• Internet: AUD $21 per month per person (no hidden surprises here).
• Utilities (water, gas, electricity): Paid quarterly, around AUD $15 per week on average (we’ve never paid more than $70 per person every three months).
The total rent for the house is AUD $1,200 per week, and the room rates are based on size—this is the biggest room, so it’s a bit more, but worth every penny!
