A room has become available in our humble abode. This opportunity comes with two rooms, the first where you’ll lay your head fits a queen bed with ample storage space across two wardrobes, and the second space is located at the front of the property, suitable for use as an art studio, office, or even a space for you to chill (it gets the best sun in the house!)

This could be yours from the 27th of July. Bills and household essentials are divided by three monthly and a bond must be paid. You’ll be living by the water's edge in Clontarf! Street parking is available and for those that opt for public transport there is a bus stop no more than 200m away (about a 5min walk) that'll take you either to Manly or direct to the city (Wynyard)

If you need more than location, location, location, you get to live with two productive creative women in their 30s, one working full time and the other working freelance. We enjoy a debrief whilst cooking the occasional wine, and LOADS of music and movies going down. This isn’t no frat house, but we often welcome guests occasionally.

Ideally, we’re looking for a fellow [intellect/creative/human] one who lives and understands the balance between a shared home and your right to personal space.
