Front & back yard, looked after my owner who is a lovely Italian woman who lives downstairs.
Neighbours are all nice, friendly and peaceful.
Safe area. Close to bus stop (30 second walk from home)
Walk to Clovelly or Coogee beach in 15 mins.
Walk to Bronte beach in 20 mins.
See the sunrise from the back balcony.
Bedroom comes with really comphy queen bed. Happy to let you style the room how you like.

This home is a chilled house.
Not a party house.

I'm a vegetarian so would love to live with someone who doesn't eat a lot of meat at home.
