Description of the home

Lovely house with a lot of charm in Concord West.

The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. All amenities are close by including Concord West train station T9 line (8 min walk), Bus stop (4 min walk - Bus line 548, 410, N80, N81), Wollies and a selection of restaurants close by. Also around: walking and bicycle tracks, Sydney Olympic Park and DFO Shopping, Rhodes Shopping Centre.
For Doctors or Nurses - we are very close to Concord Hospital.

Your room can be furnished if needed (including bed, shelves and bedside table) or you can bring your own furniture. The room has a massive built-in wardrobe and the house has lots of storage space including a secure garage.

The living room and the dining room are furnished. We have a separate study that can be used (for those who work or study from home). We have 1.5 bathrooms and a massive sunny backyard with a hammock :).
There is drive-way parking and plenty of street parking available.

Bills are paid quarterly and the internet is split three ways.

Smokers are welcome, if you smoke outside (We also have a front Verandah that can be used)

Electricity + Gas + Water are around $15 a week. Internet is $30 a month for each housemate.
