Hi my name is Samanta, I am originally Polish but lived in Sydney since I was a kid. I work in Project Management in CBD, sometimes WHF (have my own set up in my room).
The apartment has two bedrooms, shared refurbished bathroom, spacious living areas and balcony, ocean and wedding cake island views from balcony and living areas, internal laundry, 3 min walk to the beach and Coogee pool 😎, 10 min walk to the shops at Coogee bay road.
The rent includes all bills (electricity and internet).
The room dimensions appx is 3.6 x 2.6m, big enough for a queen bed and furnishings. Has a spacious built in robe, no additional furniture supplied.
The place would be ideal for a young professional or student with a busy life that enjoys being close to the beach.
