Lots of natural sunlight especially in the morning, with it's own balcony. The room has mirrored built in wardrobe and is very spacious.

Description of the home
Beautiful spacious home with public transport right up the street that will take you to Bondi junction in 15 minutes. There are cafes and bar and Woolies at walking distance. The neighbourhood is a really quiet one with unlimited street parking available.
The beach is located 3 streets away and although you can’t see it, if you sleep with your window open and the wind carries you can hear the waves.
Each bedroom has its own balcony and my room has an ensuite. The house gets a lot of natural sunlight, my room and the back courtyard gets the morning sun and front rooms and courtyard gets the afternoon sun.
