Very bright and airy apartment, right on the border of Randwick and Coogee (close to the corner of Coogee Bay Road and Carrington Road) but tucked down the end of a quiet back street where you can enjoy peace, quiet and sun on the large balcony.

This is a 3 bedroom apartment and currently full but I have a couple vacating their standard room on 8th April.

The master ensuite room is tenanted by a UK couple who will be here long term - they are employed and sponsored. The other standard room is tenanted by 2 female students from Canada who are just on a short term exchange semester until May.

The apartment features modern, open plan living with wooden floors, large balcony, fly screens and a separate internal laundry and storage room.

10 mins walk down hill to Coogee beach; 10 mins walk uphill to Randwick Junction and the Spot; but bus stops 1 min from the front door for those winter mornings!

You will be sharing with one UK couple who are both employed and sponsored and here long term. They have the master/ensuite room. And then the other standard room is currently tenants by 2 Canadian female students who are only here until May on an exchange semester. So I will also be looking to fill their room around mid May.
