Hey there! We’re looking for a friendly new housemate to join our relaxed and sunny 3-bedroom home in beautiful Coogee. The apartment’s a breezy 5-minute stroll to the beach, with cafes, gyms, supermarkets, and buses to the city all just around the corner.

We love unwinding with a glass of wine, good tunes, food and convos and like to pair that with a balanced lifestyle full of outdoor activities.
We both work hybrid (2-3 days from home), and we like to keep the space tidy, peaceful, and welcoming!
We’re after someone who’s relaxed, tidy, and friendly – someone who’s happy to share a wine or head out for a walk but also appreciates personal space and living a balanced lifestyle.
Ideally, you don’t work from home full-time, just to keep the WFH vibes balanced but hybrid is fine.
The room’s available now, but we’re more about finding the right person than rushing to fill it. Open to all genders, just no couples please.
