The house is a 2 storey, 4 bedroom and is located around the corner from Military Road (3 min walk). Extremely accessible location with a variety of transport, shops, cafes, restaurants, parks and swimming spots located within walking distance. There are 2 bathrooms, 3 living spaces, a large kitchen and garden present in the house, making it perfect to have personal time outside of your bedroom. Very beautiful and spacious. Looking for 2 people to join our lease prior to the move in date. Able to provide furniture for living spaces and some things for bedrooms if necessary.

About the occupants
The house consists of two female friends, Alexandra/ Lexi (25) and Alex (27), and Georgia (25). We are all reliable, friendly, clean people who do enjoy a chitchat and occasional housemate dinners/ drinks. However, we also very much value personal time and respect privacy.

Alexandra works full time in an administration role in the city, whilst completing her degree in civil engineering. She enjoys reading, cooking / baking (when she has the time), knitting/ crotheting / tapestry, swimming or snorkelling at the beach, having a wine with friends, being out in nature, going to the gym and unwinding on the couch.

Alex works full time for the government doing research, sometimes from home. She enjoys playing rugby union, heading to the gym, arts and crafts, camping, relaxing by the beach, having a drink with friends her local and unwinding on the couch with Mack.

Georgia is moving down from Brisbane for work mid-October. She works full time as a manager account. She enjoys being social with housemates and friends, exercising, and relaxing on the couch.

Alex has a 13 year old, large rescue dog, Mack. He is very well behaved and spends majority of his time sleeping and cuddling with Alex. You are not required to do anything to care for him!
