This room is small in size and furnished; clean and bright. Free wifi is available throughout the house. Otherwise share bright lounge room, fully equipped laundry, and bright garden and pergola. There is no communal cleaning roster. All common areas in the house are cleaned regularly by outside help at no extra charge to flatmate. Landscaped garden maintained by a visiting horticulturalist.

Description of the home

My home is a freestanding 2 storey house fully furnished with 2 family bathrooms and front and rear garden spaces. In the rear is a large pergola with barbecue and covered seating. Our household is a quiet, friendly, civilised and non smoking environment. The available room is next to a modern bathroom shared with one other.

The room would suit a mature, independent non smoker. Basically, everyone looks after themselves. There is no obligation to share cooking or food.The home has become increasingly adaptable to climate change with water tanks, solar hot water and rooftop photo voltaic panels.

We are close to public transport and neighbourhood shops. No one is required to do communal cleaning as it is done by outside help at no extra charge to you..
