A furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit with 2 incredible drive in drive out car spaces. Located in Croydon Street in the hub of Cronulla. 2 minute walk to the beach and Cronulla mall, 5 minute walk to Train station.
Car park off street included in rent.
Furnished other than the bedroom you will take but open to discussing if you have bits of furniture.
2 balconies wrap around the apartment with glimpses of the ocean and full sun in Summer months, with balcony off the kitchen south facing.
Room is small but would easily fit double or queen bed with a dresser, and the storage cupboard in the living room is all yours. Bedroom has a balcony off it, east facing.
Apartment came with a TV and dishwasher and I have a fridge, washing machine and all the rest.
On the third floor of an apartment block so need to be okay with stairs.
