Friendly and studious cute femme house is looking for a third housemate.

The house is in a quiet, leafy and neighbourly street. Super safe and friendly area. House has lots of space, light, and a beautiful backyard with mix of self seeing pumpkins and tended to herbs, with great spots for afternoon lounging and sunbathing.

It’s a three bedroom house with separate lounge, kitchen and sunroom. Two toilets and a bath and shower. We’ve a big front yard (excellent for neighbourhood dog watching), and a lush backyard with a shaded seating area.

The house has communal vibes without being a party house. Perfect for anyone who does some work from home, needs a study buddy for accountability, or someone who generally enjoys a relaxed and peaceful environment.

House is walking distance from Croydon station (great train-line that runs frequently to the city through Newtown), buses, local park and Ashfield pool (with sauna and spa—and a community gym). There are also heaps of cute cafes (and an amazing patisserie) near the station.

We’re looking for someone with house sharing experience - clean, responsible, able to help a bit with garden maintenance and happy to participate in our recycling system.

We love the occasional dinner party or frontyard street get-together (but we’re not a party house).
