The Duxton Girls Only house has beautiful features and includes a bright and spacious shared space. There is currently 1 generous size room available for rent.

Duxton House is set on nearly 1,000 square metres of level lawn, which is great if you enjoy your outdoor spaces, be it for study time or playing or exercising on its park like grounds.

The property has been completely refurbished in 2020 - painted inside and out, new kitchen, new bathrooms and all new furniture and furnishings throughout.

The suites within the property are oversized and showcase real period charm with soaring ceilings, most with beautiful marble fireplaces and Victorian features. There are seven suites (rooms) in total, each with its own bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedsides, study desk, sheets, pillows and furnishings - each room is private and has it's own lockable door and is beautifully presented and fully furnished, ready for you to move in.

The property has a large, modern eat-in kitchen, which is fully equipped with all cooking and dining equipment, small electrical appliances, microwave and refrigerator / freezer. The dining table easily seats 6 - 8 people.

The separate lounge room is located off the kitchen / dining area, with two comfy sofas and a smart TV and is located away from the bedrooms so shouldn't disrupt other housemates if you stay up late watching a movie.

There are two modern bathrooms and an internal laundry.

Bills (electricity, water, internet) are all included.

Duxton House is located a short walk to buses and both Croydon and Ashfield Train Stations. Driveway parking is available if you have a car.
