About occupants
Myself (55) and 2 Adult children 18 & 20 (Uni students who do part time work- they come and go as they also live in the inner west during Uni semester and actively involved in Surf club during the summer). Work locally and in country NSW. Very much a Northern Beaches lifestyle over the weekends, surfing, beach, in the garden or out and about on weekends with friends. The odd BBQ with friends and family - and also away maybe every second or third weekend. Because we live right on the beach there is the odd drop in from neighbors and out of town friend who may visiting Sydney and stay overnight/weekend. You will need to be comfortable alone at times as we tend to be out and about or away at times.....but equally no be fazed with drop in's and visitors. I will get some photos of the rooms available shortly but you wont be disappointed. Travellers and out of towners have stayed here intermittently over the years so familiar with and welcome interesting people.
Compatible people
Clean is the main attribute, the house is right on beach front, with several separate living areas for peaceful time. Drop in's are not uncommon but that is sort of what the neighborhood is like. Every now and then might need you to feed the dogs if no-one home overnight.
Description of pets
2 x Cavoodle's - easy going and well behaved - though might steal the odd sock or ask for some attention. Welcome to take them for walks
