Lovely bright and peaceful queen room near to the beautiful Rushcutters Bay. Amazing flatmates!

Our apartment is very spacious with so much natural light. The pool is right outside our front door and is rarely used so feels like our own private sun spot, perfect for Sunday poolside relaxation!

I've lived here very happily for over 3 years and am moving in with my partner in the next few weeks. My flatmates, Katharine, Hannah, and Lewis are all friendly, chilled out Brits in their 30s, and are keen for someone looking to stay long term and be part of the house.

We have a lovely household and often spend time together in the communal areas, but we also have our own friendship groups, plans, and partners too.

The location is perfectly close to Rushcutters Bay park for a morning harbour walk and coffee, Fiveways, Kings Cross and Double Bay for pubs and restaurants, and a short bus journey away from several beaches (nearest is Redleaf).

There are 3 bathrooms in the house, so you'd only be sharing with one other.

Move date is flexible but ideally in September. Bond is $1,400 and rent is $380 a week including all bills.
