Our home is a Terrance with a Full-equipped kitchen, pantry, washing machine, bathroom to be shared and spare toilet. (2 toilets 1 shower )
The room is located the first floor therefore is very private, has lots of natural sunligh and ventinlation and it’s is fully furnished.
The rent is $500 per week bills included. Plus a $15 per week to pay the cleaner
2 weeks in Advance rent and a 2 weeks bond are required.
I'm looking for someone clean, chilled , and respectful, non-smoking to stay for a short or long term, ( 3 - 6 - 12 months) to enjoy the convenience to live close to everything in Sydney.
You will share our beautiful terrace with my partner and I and our dog Limon. We are super respectful, private person, easy going, super clean and tidy.
Our home is very quiet and paceful.
