I’ve just secured this gorg 2-bedroom apartment and am looking for someone to move into the second bedroom. I’ll be getting the keys on the 21st of October. The apartment is filled with natural light and ideally located within walking distance to Oxford St and just 200m from Hyde Park—perfect for anyone working in the city.
Your bedroom is a good size being 3m x 3m and comes with a built-in wardrobe. The building also offers a gym and a 6-day concierge service. I’m open to those who work from home, please note that any desk setup would need to be kept in your room, as I’d like to maintain the living area as a relaxed space.

Since I work in the design industry, I’m pretty house-proud and like to keep the place looking nice, so I’d love a housemate who’s tidy and appreciates having a beautiful home. I’m into the gym, weekend spin classes, trying to cook, enjoying a glass of wine (or really, any drink!), and love to travel.
