About occupants
Hi I'm Shane, a 44 year old accountant originally from New Zealand. I moved to Sydney late 2012 having spent six years in London before that. I would describe myself as a responsible, tidy and easy-going person who is always happy to socialise with my flatmates when appropriate or to do my own thing.

I'm normally 50/50 between the office and WFH Monday to Friday and my work can involve long hours so I tend to be fairly quiet during the week.

Outside of that I enjoy reading, going to the gym/running, trivia, watching TV/movies/sport, and catching up with friends when I can.
Compatible people
I'm looking to share with one other like-minded, down to earth, friendly and honest person (sorry no couples or roomsharers) who is wanting a home rather than a simple share house. I'm not a clean freak, but appreciate people who use common sense and clean up after themselves. I would prefer to live with someone social and friendly (maybe enjoys a drink or two) but also respectful of personal space when necessary.

Note anyone moving in will need to complete an application with the real estate agency however this is more of a formality.
